FIDE Instructor (FI) Según la FIDE, es el título que permite ayudar a los jugadores a dar el salto internacional. Es la persona que enseña la teoría del medio juego y del final. Quien trabajará de cerca con el jugador en la creación de un repertorio de aperturas personalizado aportando nuevas ideas etc…

National Instructor (NI) Sirve para preparar a jugadores hasta los 1700 puntos de ELO y ayudar a los jugadores a que adquieran un nivel competitivo nacional.

And she has a great background of contacts with Olympic champions and really famous and important chess teachers.

 But at the same time she is full of energy and has created for all of you her project

A place in Logroño where anyone can freely join to enjoy Chess, you can attend the chess class for beginners or just to play some games there are spaces to develop creativity, music, maths… And many other things.

The hours to visit the academy are Monday to Friday from  4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursday from 10:30h to 13:30h.

NEXT ACTIVITY ON 9^th NOVEMBER 😉

The first of the seventh

Hello everybody this is Profesor Jake and welcome back to a new season

This is the first activity of the seventh season and we are ready to get fun and learn some chess through English

We start the season visiting Alberite

Alberite is a little town near Logroño, and according to Jacinto (Concejal de Cultura) they want to recover the Chess tradition they have long time ago.

They celebrated a tournament and at the same time, our friends at the FRA (Federación Riojana de Ajedrez) closed their season with their last tournament in that village

The tournament took place in the sports center of the town close to the School; so the sound is not very good (sorry you know that problem is very common in noisy sports centers because the echo)

Thanks a lot to all the people helping in the tournament, the Ayuntamiento of Alberite for making our work as easy as possible and the people at the FRA.

 Esta es la primera actividad de la sexta temporada y estamos listos

para divertirnos y aprender algo de ajedrez a través del inglés.

Empezamos la temporada visitando Alberite

Alberite es un pequeño pueblo cerca de Logroño, y según Jacinto (Concejal de Cultura) quieren recuperar la tradición del Ajedrez que tienen hace mucho tiempo.

Celebraron un torneo y al mismo tiempo nuestros amigos de la FRA (Federación

Riojana de Ajedrez) cerraron su temporada con su último torneo en ese pueblo

El torneo tuvo lugar en el polideportivo de la localidad cercano al colegio; entonces

el sonido no es muy bueno (lo siento, sabes que el problema

es muy común en polideportivos ruidosos debido al eco)

Muchas gracias a toda la gente que ayudó en el torneo, al Ayuntamiento de Alberite

por hacernos el trabajo lo más fácil posible y a la gente de la FRA. Gracias a todos
